On going research shows some success with calcium, manganese with SOD, Pantethine taurine. Manganese & SOD help with tendinitis too.
Before taking taking anything, check it out yourselves. It is not that simple.
For instance, ethnicity and diet is important here. Apparently, those who are of Mexican descent, seem to have higher content of SOD/Manganese (lucky guys). It binds to minerals. Vit K is supposed to help with tendinitis too, read that it stops calcifications, specially in soft tissues, microvessels. Look this up.
It's all connected. Because I excited the TRPVs with RAW tumeric, I have painful tendinitis, and some recurrence of neurological symptoms. Hence, the impetus and motivation for research.
